October 3 - Saturday

The Ferritto 60th anniversary party was held at the clubhouse today. There were about 75 in attendance.
   
Greg and Bev had a renewal of their wedding vows.

October 6 - Tuesday

Our president, Linda Burrows was back with us today. Next month our new president, Ed Marian will be leading the meeting. There were 47 in attendance this morning at the coffee hour. A few more snowbirds joined us this morning.
   
Mary Ryman introduced new residents Lela and Fred St. James.  

October 7 - Wednesday

The weather is still hot and more people are enjoying the refreshing waters of our pool.

October 13 - Tuesday

There were 72 at coffee this morning. The snowbirds are returning in great numbers.

October 20 - Tuesday

There were 73 at coffee this morning.  
   
Jeff Warrington greeted the returning snowbirds and explained some of the latest changes in the clubhouse. Of the changes mentioned were the new carpet and the TV viewing area.
   
Mary Ryman introduced Mary Smith and Raymond Couch this morning. Raymond was unable to attend this morning because of meetings all week. Queen Grace and King Charlie modeled the new royalty robes this morning.

October 26 - Monday

There were 36 present at the first beach party of the season. Dick & Peggy Killinger did a great job their first time in charge. The grills were filled with great hot dogs and hamburgers.
   
The food theme was "Orange" and plenty of it there was. We got to sing "Happy Birthday" to these two birthday boys. Ken, on the left, had his birthday today and Ed yesterday.
   
Everyone had a good time visiting and eating. Peggy gave out awards for many different things along with prizes. Gene led the group in a sing-a-long after the awards were handed out.

October 27 - Tuesday

There were 75 at coffee this morning.  
   
Mary Ryman introduced Kathy and Jerry Ulrich who live at 160 Tammy Drive. Jerry was unable to be here today. Marty Gauthier filled in as the Sunshine Lady this morning for Grace Sherry
   
Linda Burrows introduced Ed Marion as the incoming president who will replace her next week.  

October 31 - Saturday

Chairperson Anne Hubert welcomed the 64 guests to our Halloween Pot Luck tonight at the clubhouse. As usual there was a great layout of food.
   
Everyone had all they could eat with lots left over. We all enjoyed the food looking forward to the wonderful deserts.
 
After the meal there was costume judging of the 11 participants. The judges were Dave and Linda Burrows and Marj Dunn.
