July 4 - Saturday

There were 39 at the 4th of July pot luck tonight. Ann Hubert did a great job of organizing it.

July 7 - Tuesday

There were 32 at the pancake breakfast this morning.

The great pancake crew were from left, Ed Schattschneider, Ward & Audrey Young, Mary Lou Lira, Joan Kapp, Marti Gauthier and Grace Sherry

July 14 - Tuesday

There were 22 at the coffee hour this morning.

July 18 - Saturday

Today at 1 pm Joan Kapp and Terry Worden were married in the gazebo on Golden Pond. Jim Jaeger performed the wedding ceremony.

July 21 - Tuesday

There were 25 at the coffee hour this morning. After the coffee we had our first meeting this year of the hurricane contact committee. In case of a hurricane evacuation they will be contacting the residents still here as to their plans.

July 27 - Monday

There were 18 at the pool party this afternoon. The cloudy day was threatening rain so only 4 made it into the water. The rest had a great time visiting in the shade.

The layout of food was great and everyone had their fill.

Gene led the group in singing the old songs. He requested input of newer songs for a more up to date song sheet.

July 28 - Tuesday

There were 29 at the coffee hour.
