September 3 - Monday

There were about 33 that attended the Labor Day pot luck tonight.  Betty Delanois did a great job of organizing it. Gene Mathes led the Pledge of Allegiance and some patriotic songs.

Jan Thomas led us in prayer before the meal. We all enjoyed the movie after the meal. It was "Beethoven 3".

September 4 - Tuesday

There were 30 attending the coffee hour this morning.

September 11 - Tuesday

There were 37 at the pancake breakfast this morning. In the absence of our president, Pat Myers, Gene Mathes led the meeting. Another great pancake crew: Ada Murphy, Audrey Young, Irene & Tony Zarrillo, Charlie Parkes, Joan Kapp, Marti Gauthier and Grace Sherry.

There were 35 at coffee this morning Gene Mathes again led the meeting while Pat Myers is out of town.

September 24 - Monday

There were 17 at the pool party this afternoon. It was the last pool party of the summer. We got rained out at the pool but came indoors and had a great time together. After the meal, Gene Mathes led the group in a sing-a-long.

September 25 - Tuesday

There were 47 at coffee this morning. Our president, Pat Myers was back from her vacation and conducting the meeting.

September 29 - Saturday

Here are a few of the 20 Orange Acres residents that went on the Ship & Shore bus to Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre in Ft. Myers today. We saw the play "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change". It was a very funny play and of course the food was outstanding.
