Princess Cruise

Fifty five Orange Acres residents and friends started off on our seven day Princess cruise today. The Day remained rainy and dreary long into the evening. Our hopes are that the sun will yet shine on us. This shows the dreariness of Ft. Lauderdale after we boarded the ship.

As soon as we were settled in we relaxed but not on the opened deck. Some of the residents on their balconies: Ray Bergeron, Earle & Dawn Brennan, Ken & Judy Mooney and Tony & Irene Zarrillo.

Our first supper together was a great time. Here are Mary Cowan, Kay Gyenes, Anlee Welker and Maxine Mock. We also saw our first stage show tonight. I am sure there more great ones to come.

This is the first time I got to take a picture of the boat. It is a big one all right. There were four cruise ships docked in the harbor today. That amounts to an awful lot of tourists.

This is the first sight upon leaving the ship. Here are some of the tourists. Anne Hubert and Edie Hohler in front and Irene & Tony Zarrillo in back.
