These pictures progress from top to bottom

September 1 - Friday

I thought that those that are away would like to see the progress of the landscaping. This is the area next to the pool. This is the area at the entrance. Most of the plants have been replaced and now the sod is being replaced.

September 4 - Monday

There were 38 residents at the Labor Day Pot Luck tonight. Of course lots of great food.

Most of those there for the meal stayed for the movie which was "Walk The Line".

September 5 - Tuesday

There were 40 at coffee this morning.

September 9 - Saturday

The landscaping around the pool is now complete.

September 16 - Saturday

Blanche Sargent celebrated her 92nd birthday this evening with a party at her daughter, Joan Kapp's house. There were about 15 neighbors and friends helping her celebrate. Blanche is shown here blowing out her candles.

September 19 - Tuesday

There were 46 at coffee this morning. Here is our sunshine lady Liz Bond sharing the weekly report with the residents. The Red Hat ladies came to coffee in their outfits and left for their outing right after.

September 25 - Monday

There were 22 at the pool party this evening. Squirt guns in the pool added to the fun. Thanks to Odele O'Connell for providing the toys.

We had a great meal in the clubhouse. Lots of good food to share. After the meal, Gene Mathes led us in the usual great sing-a-long.

September 26 - Tuesday

There were 47 at coffee this morning. The snowbirds are starting to return.
